On the Paperless website, click on the Home section;

Enter search criteria to filter your database and make forms appear depending on your different filters;

Click on the form you wish to delete to see its full content;

At the end of the line where you can see the name of the form, click on the trash can;

Enter the password according to your credentials;

Click on Delete to confirm the deletion of your form from the database.
