On the Paperless website, click on the Home section;

Enter any of the following criteria to find documents:

You can add as many criteria as you want, as long as they go together.

​For example: if you have multiple form names but you enter a tag that does not feature on all document, it would be normal to not find any of the listed document. The same goes for a Date criteria, if there is no document within the chosen dates, it is normal to not find any document that are listed as criteria for your search.
