How to set a "No Production" on multiple forms

Set a "No Production" status

  • On the Paperless website, click on the Home section;

  • Enter search criteria to filter your database and make forms appear depending on your different filters;

  • After getting the results to set in "No Production", click on the first icon on the right, just under the search bar;

  • Type in the reason for your "No Production";

  • Click on Apply to set all the current results in "No Production".

You will get a report of your action to see what you did.

A "No production" tag will be available on every result that was in your search.

You can see every details of your action by clicking on a form to see its full content.

Remove a "No Production" status

  • On the Paperless website, click on the Home section;

  • Enter search criteria to filter your database and make forms appear depending on your different filters;

  • After getting results, click on the form you wish to remove the "No Production" status from;

  • Hover under the name of the person in charge of the "No Production" to make a trash can appear. Click on it;

  • Click on Remove to clear the "No Production" status.

Forms with a "No Production" status will always be valid on the website. Removing the "No Production" status will bring all invalidities back, if there were any.
