On the workspace, tap on the card with the « + » sign;

Select the form you wish to open.
If you are searching for one specifically, you may use the search bar at the top of the list;

Manage the default tags and/or the additional tags;
◦ You may also consult all the documentation attached to the form, if there is any available;

Tap on Create;

You can now start to fill up your form that you have just created.
