Have a computer that refreshes data via a gateway

Go to this address and download the gateway in standard mode;

Once you've downloaded the executable, you need to install it;

Enter the e-mail address associated with the PowerBI account;

Configure as a new gateway;

Enter a name to recognize the gateway on PowerBI;

Enter a password to restore the gateway in the future;

The gateway is now installed;

Go to the PowerBI Web page and click on My workspace;

Select the data and click on the three vertical dots next to the Datasets option, then on Schedule update;

Click on Gateway connection;

Select the previously created gateway and click on Configure;

Click on Add data sources to use the gateway;

Name the data source and select the MySQL option in the data source type;

Enter the server and database information available in the BI Access section of the Paperless Forms website;

Choose the Basic authentication method and enter the username and password provided in the BI Access section of the Paperless Forms website;

Return to the Schedule update option;

Click on Add and return to the Schedule update option, then the Connect to gateway option;

The gateway should appear in green; all that remains is to select the data source and click Apply;

Go to the Scheduled update section and activate your new schedule;

Enter the times at which you want the refreshes to take place (there is a maximum of 8 refreshes per day for the Free and Pro accounts) by clicking on Add another schedule.
You can enter an e-mail to send alerts if the refresh is not working.Once the times are set, click on Apply.
