• Start Microsoft Power BI for Desktop and click on Get data to begin;
  • Click on Other (1), then click on Web (2) as the source type. Click on Connect (3) to continue;
  • Click on Basic (1) and enter the URL (2) to your web connectors and click on OK (3) to continue;
  • Click on Basic and enter your credentials to connect. You can find those credentials while creating your web connectors. Click on Connect to continue;
  • Once the data has appeared as a list on your screen, right-click on List;
  • Click on To table;
  • Click on OK;
  • Click on the button in the column named Column1 and click on Load more;
  • You may choose which fields will be used for your KPIs. When you are done, click on OK;
  • In the menu, click on the Transform tab and click on Detect Data Type;
  • Validate every data type that was set for each column you have. You can right-click to modify the type;
  • When everything is set, click on Close & Apply;
  • After the query changes are applied, start using Microsoft Power BI.
