- On the workspace, tap on the card with the « + »;
- Tap on the button with the cloud icon;
- Tap on Update existing;
- Select the form within the list of your current forms available in Paperless you want to update;
- Tap on Edit;
- Select the Excel file (.xlsx) you wish to update within the list;
- Verify that everything on the shown form is correct;
- Tap on the floppy disk icon to save it and send it in production;
The newest version of your form will be available within the list of forms ready for production (in the "+" card) and you will be able to open it and fill it if needed.
The scheduled forms (tasks) will be updated with their newest version at the next occurrence.
