When you have an invalidity in your form, a red bar appears on the right of the field to indicate where the invalidity is. You can open the red bar to display a menu and you can do two actions:

  • Link a form to the field (i.e.: Deviation Form)
  • Notify an employee of your company that is using Paperless

The option to notify an employee of your company will not remove the invalidity on the field, but you will be able to send a message to a colleague to let them know about the current issue.

Notifications don't require any SMTP settings configuration or anything else on your end.The employees with no valid email addresses as usernames can still use the notification feature, as long as the receiver has a valid email address as a username.
