When a new version of Paperless Forms is released, our team sends a newsletter that contains all new features and adjustments we brought to this latest version.
The message is also sent through our chat service on the Paperless Forms website, which you can access at any time to review our newsletter. The chat feature is in the bottom right corner of the webpage.

Update from the app
On the login screen of the app, the message New version available will be visible in the bottom left corner of the screen when the latest version is available.
Tap on the message to access the page of the application in the App Store;
If when taping on the message you can't reach the App Store, it might be blocked through your restrictions. If you don't have access to your restrictions, contact your IT department.
Once the App Store is opened, click on Update to download the latest version of the app;
Tap on Open or from the Home screen of your iPad, tap on the Paperless Forms app;
Type in your credentials to start using the application.
Update from the App Store
Manual Update
On the Home screen of your iPad, tap on the App Store;If you can't find it, it might be blocked through your restrictions.If you don't have access to your restrictions, contact your IT department.
In the App Store, tap on Updates, in the bottom right corner of your screen;
Next to the Paperless Forms app, tap on UPDATE;
Wait for it to download and install;
Tap on Open or from the Home screen of your iPad, tap on the Paperless Forms app;
Type in your credentials to start using the application.
Automatic Update
On the Home screen of your iPad, tap on the Settings;
On the left tab, tap on your account;
On the right tab, tap on iTunes & App Store;
Under Automatic downloads, tap to Updates to enable them.
Updates will now occur automatically as soon as:
A new version is available
You have an Internet connection
You are not currently using Paperless
