1. Count of iPad licenses

This information will let you know how many iPad licenses you're currently using compared to the amount of licenses you currently have available.

2. Count of Windows licenses

This information will let you know how many iPad licenses you're currently using compared to the amount of licenses you currently have available.

3. Device name

This information will tell you the name of the device that is currently using the license.
The iPad's name can be found in the Settings, in the General section and then About.
The PC's name can be found in the PC properties.

4. Device history

This information will let you know on the history of the device, regarding its updates.
The last 5 updates and the first installation are shown in that list.
You may keep track of the different updates you did with this feature.

5. Operating system

This information will tell you if the device is an iPad or a Windows-based device.

6. Operating system version

This information will tell you the current operating system on the device.
For the iPads, it is suggested to be at the latest version of the iOS at all time.
For a Windows-based device, we suggest you take a look at our article regarding the prerequisites for Paperless Forms on Windows.

7. App version

This information will tell you the current version installed on the device.
Make sure that you're always at the latest version of the app and that it is installed on all your devices!

8. Last updated

This information will tell you when the current version was installed/updated.

9. Fresh install

This information will indicate if the version shown is an update or a new installation of the app. It could also be that the app was uninstalled and reinstalled. (Make sure to only perform this action after a member of the support team verified and suggested it)
If there is no checkmark, an update was made normally.
If there is a checkmark, the "update" was in fact a new installation.


Corporate account

A corporate account will have access to the list of licenses for all their sites.

A drop-down menu is available at the top of the page to allow the multi-site user to change site and see the licences for that site.
