On the Paperless website, click on the Home section;

Enter the keyword Deleted to filter your database and filter your deleted forms;

Click on the form you wish to delete to see its full content;

At the end of the line where you can see the name of the form, click on the opened trash can;

Enter the password according to your credentials;

Click on Restore to confirm the recovery of your form in your database.

If you search with the Deleted keyword, you will see all forms deleted in your system.

If you search with the Deleted keyword and form names, you will see all forms according to the form names you search for, and among them will be the deleted forms.
