In the Power Query editor, create a custom column.
Name the new column.
In the 1st section of the custom formula, type:
https://paperless.datahex.ca/Image/FormImage?id=.
In the 2nd section, select the photo column as [Select the photo column].
In the 3rd section, type:
"&parentId=&FormTemplateId&companyId=FormcompanyId".
