How to create a URL link to a photo in a form

  • In the Power Query editor, create a custom column.

  • Name the new column.

  • In the 1st section of the custom formula, type: https://paperless.datahex.ca/Image/FormImage?id=.

  • In the 2nd section, select the photo column as [Select the photo column].

  • In the 3rd section, type: "&parentId=&FormTemplateId&companyId=FormcompanyId".
