The access to your Dropbox folder, which contains your Excel spreadsheets for your templates, your PDF files and all of your other files, is managed by the Paperless Support team.
This is to make sure all the requests to get access to Dropbox is managed only by us, for security reasons.
In order to gain access to your Dropbox folder, you need to:
Ask your Paperless administrator;
Give them your email or the email of the person targeted for the invite to the Dropbox folder;
Send us the request via phone, email or via Intercom (our support system on the website).
