  • Enter search criteria to filter your database and make forms appear depending on your different filters;

  • Select the procedure you which to view the signatures;

  • Once the procedure is expanded, you may consult the list of employees that have access to the procedure throughout their permissions, as well as the date and time of the signature, and the employee's signature.

  • An employee that has not signed yet will be visible with the red indicators next to their name;

  • You can see at what date and time you released the procedure in your system, showing at the same time when your employees are able to view and sign that procedure;

  • You can also view the procedure by clicking on the PDF icon.

Other important tips

  • Only the employees that have the access to the procedure through their permissions will be able to read and sign the procedure.

  • The procedure will appear in the Records section on the website only until you create a new form that has the procedure attached to it. The signatures can still be taken as soon as you release it, but they will be kept in memory right until you create at least one new form containing that procedure.

  • The signatures will show up on the website as soon as the employees will sign.

  • It is not possible to force a signature.

  • If a new version of the procedure is released before everybody had time to sign, you will not know who signed or not the previous version.

  • The newest version will overwrite the older version and will reset the signature list.
