How to add a header to a form

The header allows to:

  • Identify your form with a title;

  • Create default tags;

  • Add a time to the default date on your form.

The header is programmed in the form in cells A1, A2 and A3.

A1: Form title

This cell is used for the title of your form.
This cell must be filled for the form to be added to production in Paperless.

A2: Default tags

This cell is used to put in default tags.
The tags have to be put in between brackets ("[" and "]") for every single tag you wish to add.
This cell is optional.

A3: Default time

By using the keyword Hourly, you can put the time with the default date on a form.
This cell is optional.
