How to add a footer to a form

Keywords to use

In order to get your custom footer, you need to use the following keywords:

  • The keywords for the footer need to be in column A and their value in column B, compared to fields where the title is in column A and the keywords are in column B (view the article "How to add a field to a form");

  • It is split in three (3) equal parts, each for every footer type (left, center and right);

  • The default left footer will always be the value in cell A1;

  • The default center footer will always be "Version 1" and will not increment;

  • The default right footer will always be today's date;

  • Not using one of the footer keywords will not grant you more space for the others;

  • The text in the footer will not wrap if it is too long.
